LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Jazmine Kionna is not responsible for packages that are lost or marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.
